There is only one Tory who can lead us out of this mess and that is Boris Johnson. There are elements in the Tory Party who will try to keep him out at any cost, even that of our sovereignty, just as they tried to keep Churchill out at the start of World War 2. The circumstances are very similar. The weak Neville Chamberlain like figure of Mrs May, versus the rumbustious figure of Johnson, facing a European Power intent on our conquest.
Can we have the text that marries up with the very interesting title?
Why isn’t the Conservative Party conservative. At least Chamberlain didn’t call his own party the narzty party.
Boris is a jovial entertainer. Like all such comedians – Norman Wisdom for example – he wants to attract approval and love to himself from his audience. Wisdom’s reasons for doing this are well known.
Boris Johnson. Mmmmm….. . Are we talking about the thoughtful, reflective, calm, discrete and reliable Boris Johnson? Or are we talking about our half-crazed wankpot who is currently Foreign Secretary?
