The Home Office would have given Hitler asylum if he came here in 1944 after a coup.

When an immigration officer asks an asylum seeker for his story, one of the things he is trying to find out is if his rights under the Act have been violated. If they have, the officer is obliged to admit him so that a court can test his application for citizenship.

The test is not of the suitability of the individual. Drug barons who fear reprisals from their fellow criminals in Colombia have been given leave to remain under the terms of the Human Rights Act.

Had Hitler come to Britain in April 1944, having fled a Nazi coup against him, and had the Act been in force, he would have been entitled to asylum.

We cannot send anybody, however vile, back to a country where his or her individual rights will be violated.

  1. No hope on the Bungee front.
Here are extracts from an article by Stephen Bush, the intelligent political editor (of colour) of the socialist weekly “New Statesman” re Boris’s report on ethnic disparities: “There has been hardly any attention paid to the 24 recommendations…a deliberate result of the Government’s own media strategy [to keep] all but one…under wraps [all of which] could have emerged from a government led by Keir Starmer, or Jeremy Corbyn for that matter”.
“Contrary to reports” the authors “did recognise that institutional racism…does exist” across “multiple organisations”.
Plans, all expensive, include “RINGFENCE FUNDING for the equalities watchdog”, a “new body” to tackle “inequalities” in the NHS, “plans to EXTEND THE REACH of British equalities legislation…”, mandating local area police recruitment, and extending the school day.
As a teacher for 30 years in six very different state schools I see extending the school day as a counter-productive measure that ignores the nature of teacher-pupil engagement, the psychological impact of long lesson time on classroom participants, plus the discipline problem aggravated by large classes, mixed-ability grouping, multi-cultural sensitivities, misbehaviour of black boys and travellers, constant testing, the horrendous time required for correcting and assessing written homework, parental demands, mad unions dedicated to “race, gender, class” priorities, inappropriate teacher training, oppressive inspection schemes, exam content competition, poor long-term rewards for dedicated class teachers, overpaid excessive bureaucracy that simultaneously pushes admin, pastoral care & non-teaching tasks onto the classroom professionals.

    • Yes, state school education -in most precincts- cannot be efficacious, for the reasons you cite. I’d just say that multi-cultural “sensitivities” and “misbehaviors” are actually “unsolvable horrors” that will always generate violence and other criminality, the costs of which will always be borne, in vast disproportion, by Whites, esp of the non-Muslim variety.

  2. Yes, we have the front-line naive idealists (ignorant do-gooders) and various varieties of money-scoopers-up -all orchestrated from the shadows by the malign/evil people who seek to destroy the West.

And they are succeeding at fast clip.

  3. The philosophy of Wokism implicit in “The Guardian” and its clientele is that anyone and everyone in the world has a human right to come and live in Britain (Hitler & Pinochet excepted, obvs). “We” need immigrants, and refugees need “us” – simples. Besides, if we can get the citizens of colour in what-was-England from 20% to 90% it will put an end for ever to structural racism, institutional racism, white supremacy, white privilege, and the evil white people uniquely responsible for slavery, colonialism, fascism, capitalism, elitism, sexism, transphobia and all the other phobias – FOR EVER. What’s not to like, no wot I’m sayin’ man?

    • It will also put an end to our history, our traditions, our heritage, our institutions and of course any sense that the English are an ethnic group native to England. Britain will in effect, be simply a piece of geography to be peopled by others and its native population to be displaced. Just don’t try the same with non-white countries, or you will be accused of all sorts of things!

      • Exactly.
What is called “structural” racism means, if anything at all, the efforts of the native population to hang onto what remains of their ancestral heritage and cultural institutions. China for the Chinese, Jamaica for the Jamaicans, Nigeria for the Nigerians, Pakistan for the Pakistanis – England for the Pakistanis, Nigerians, Jamaicans and Chinese….

  4. Can you actually give a name to back this up
“The test is not of the suitability of the individual. Drug barons who fear reprisals from their fellow criminals in Colombia have been given leave to remain under the terms of the Human Rights Act.

I can believe it – just would like proof.

  5. It’s more than a pity that Karl Marx wasn’t sent back to Germany. Think of all the millions of people who wouldn’t have died if he had been silenced.

  6. We can only imagine what contemporary life in the Anglosphere would look like, if, instead of rights for everyone from everywhere, there had been in all the English-speaking Western countries, the Human Responsibilities in the Context of Your Being a Proper Citizen of the Nation Act.
